Step out of the Shadows

Mana "Manaboi" Martinez is a Mexican-FIlipino descent professional MMA fighter who competes in the bantamweight division of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 21, 1994, and grew up in Waimanalo, a small town on the island of Oahu.

Martinez began his MMA career in 2015 and amassed an impressive 8-1 record before making his UFC debut in July 2021. At UFC Fight Night: Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw, he defeated Guido Cannetti with a spectacular spinning backfist knockout in the third round. The victory earned him a Performance of the Night bonus, which is given to fighters who put on outstanding octagon performances.

Martinez is well-known for his exciting fighting style, knockout power, athleticism, and agility. He possesses a wide range of abilities, including striking, grappling, and wrestling, and he is constantly working to improve and evolve his game.

Martinez is a proud father and devoted family man outside of the octagon. He is also known for his upbeat demeanor and dedication to giving back to his community. He has been involved in a variety of charitable causes, including fundraising for local schools and youth development organizations.

In his recent fight during UFC 285 that was held in Las Vegas, Martinez lost last March 5, 2023 by unanimous decision despite having a good first round against South African Cameron Saaiman, giving him a 10-4 standing overall.

Mana "Manaboi" Martinez is a fighter to watch in the bantamweight division after making an impressive debut in the UFC and showing promise for future success.
