The menu features some of the most iconic and beloved dishes from Cebuano cuisine, all of which have been carefully crafted to evoke the flavors and nostalgia of childhood. Whether you're craving a hearty bowl of kinalasan or a sweet plate of sillones, Kan-anan is sure to satisfy.

Here are some of the Cebuano Foods they are offering:

1. Ginabot

Ginabot is the cebuan version of chicharong bulaklak. Pork intestines are used to make ginabot, which are deep-fried until golden brown after being dried, salted, and spiced.

2. Ngohiong

It is the local version of spring rolls. It is a Cebuano appetizer, is made up of julienned or cubed veggies, ground beef, or shrimp, and five-spice powder deep fried in a thin egg crêpe.

3. Puso

Puso is a triangular casing composed of braided coconut leaves in which rice is wrapped and boiled. Because the packets are frequently artistically hung in bunches using the long ends of the leaves, it is also known as hanging rice. The rice is given a distinct leafy flavor by the organic wrapping.
